The field of information and communication technologies (ICT) and its integration into different sectors has revolutionized the functioning of administrations and companies and modes of governance on a global scale.
This new technology has contributed to the change in the behavior of individuals and groups and has allowed the birth of a new relationship between the different socio-professional actors and has removed geographical limits and increased the speed of transactions by decreasing costs and bad business and managerial practices to their lowest level.
This digital revolution has led to the emergence of an economy based on data, information, knowledge and the industry of ideas. This new economy needs to invest in the training of human skills, a key factor in the success of this phase of digital transition.
ESGEN through its missions aims to contribute to the development of scientific research by specializing in training and research on Digital, and works for the emergence of an elite of skills in management and digital economy capable of mastering and supporting the process of integration of new technological tools in the Algerian economy and to catch up with the delay observed in an international climate marked by a boom in ICT and innovation techniques.
This ambition is formulated through the specialization to make ESGEN a mobilized, positioned, known and recognized school at the highest level in training and research. It is also a question of positioning itself as a major player in an emerging Algeria by allowing it to rely on intellectual and scientific strength to build its own transformation.
To achieve its objectives, ESGEN is opening up to the outside world by further encouraging national and foreign partnerships, particularly with regard to exchanges and mobility of teachers and students, and internships of the latter in the professional environment and the study of the labor market in order to allow students to know its requirements and to adapt to the changes that are constantly evolving.
To conclude, we count on the professionalism of our teachers and the seriousness of our students to be more involved in achieving the school’s objectives.
