Objectives of the training
The training provided as part of this master’s degree aims to develop students’ knowledge and skills in auditing and management control by teaching them tools allowing them to have a strong capacity of analysis and synthesis, associated with the necessary relational qualities in order to interact with all actors within and outside the company.
In a context of abundant data and increasingly complex organisations, the role of the auditor and the management controller, now with the leverage of new technologies, is to analyse the latter on behalf of the company.
The objective through this training is to equip the student with in-depth knowledge of management, accounting, financial and legal risks as well as a global understanding of business models, including the most recent, and constantly changing organizational patterns, without omitting the global context in which the company evolves together with its competences, thus allowing him to measure the profitability and performance of the company, define control processes, design activity dashboards, develop relevant management tools for the strategy decided upstream, and give a financial translation to senior management.
