Today’s world is characterized by so-called Digital Dynamics which make the physical world different from the digital world which itself is defined by a number of particularities such as speed, adaptability, proximity and speed.
It is in this context that the E-business specialty is part of a university curriculum that meets the new requirements of the market. Indeed, the E-Business specialty is at the intersection of two disciplines, one technical and the other purely managerial.
E-Business is therefore a very broad concept that includes all the activities that the organization carries out via electronic means. E-commerce and digital marketing are an integral part of e-business and the latter includes so many other activities, such as the management of the company’s internal social networks and the management of all processes via specialized integrated software.
It is about the digital transformation of the company where new technologies give rise to new uses, innovative ways of communicating and trading with customers, suppliers and partners, and within the company itself.
To be a graduate in E-Business is to be able to wear two hats, one technical and the other managerial, in order to accompany companies in their digital transformation and ensure the management of change.
