Registration takes place at the library at the beginning of the academic year for both internal and external users. A library card with a validity of two years for internal users and one year for external users will be issued upon submission of the registration documents at the library. The latter consist of the following documents:
For internal users:
- An information form must be filled in
For external users:
- A handwritten application
- A copy of an identity document
- Two passport-sized photos
