Registration is done at the library at the beginning of the academic year for both internal and external users. A library card valid for two years for internal users and one year for external users will be issued after submitting the registration file at the library. The registration file includes the following documents:
For internal users:
- A personal information form to be filled out
For external users:
- A handwritten application
- A copy of an identity document
- Two passport-size photos
- A school certificate or a work certificate of the concerned person
